After a career in NGO and international media, Bei co-founded the digital consulting firm FIVE Degrees and creative studio StraightFire. Bei is currently a university lecturer of Creative Business and working on her PhD about digital transformation in China and the Global South. She is on the jury of the Mobius Advertising Awards and a keynote speaker at Advertising Week Europe, and the European Women in Tech Conference. Bei is in the 2023 list of Strong Women in IT Global Edition.
