As the CSA-EUR Career Days: China in Focus are closely intertwined with companies and are also made possible thanks to our corporate partners, we count on your presence during the activities of the CSA-EUR Career Days that you sign up for. Therefore, CSA-EUR has put a Cancellation Policy in place to which all participants of the CSA-EUR Career Days are subject to. By participating in the CSA-EUR Career Days you agree to face a penalty if you do not show up for CV-selection activities. The policy works as follows: 

Personal schedule participant and confirmation activities

CSA-EUR will send a personal schedule to the participants of the CSA-EUR Career Days in the first week of February 2023. This schedule needs to be confirmed by the participant by replying to the e-mail within two (48 hours) working days. As spots are limited and we would like to give everyone a fair chance to participate, we kindly ask you to sign out if you are no longer able to participate. 

How to unsubscribe from an activity 

Signing out of an event is only possible three (72 hours) working days before your activity takes place, by sending an e-mail to career@csa-eur.nl.

Penalties in case of violation Cancellation Policy

The penalty policy contains the following rules:

• If you unsubscribe at least 3 working days (72 hours) before 5pm for an activity, you will not be fined.  
• If you unsubscribe later than 3 working days (72 hours) before 5pm for an activity, a fine of €10.00 will be charged.
• In the event that a participant has not cancelled on time and does not show up for a registered event during the CSA-EUR Career Days, a fine of €20.00 will be charged. 

In the event that a participant refuses to pay the fine which they have not given a valid reason for, the participant will be excluded from other formal events organised by CSA-EUR and companies will be informed.
