The CSA-EUR Career Days is CSA-EUR’s annual flagship event organized in collaboration with numerous industry leaders and organizations. It is designed to provide students and professionals with insights into career opportunities, industry trends, and networking prospects. The event consists of three parts that last for a whole week.

• The Congress Day on Monday 12th of February is the grand opening of our flagship event. Keynote speakers from different companies will speak about our theme for this year: Diversity and Inclusivity – “Embrace diversity, ignite growth”. After the presentations a company fair will be organized with stands from different companies.
• The Recruitment Days followed by on Tuesday and Wednesday on the 13th and 14th of February, will have activities such as case workshops, speed dating, and networking lunches allowing participants to connect with the participating companies.
• The In-house Days followed by on Thursday and Friday on the 15th and 16th of February, are company visits where participants will be given the opportunity to have a firsthand look at the company’s operations.

The event is scheduled to take place from the 12th of February till the 16th of February at multiple locations. For each event, there will be a different location.

• The Congress Day will be held on Erasmus University Rotterdam campus at the locations Erasmus Paviljoen for the congress and Sanders Building for the company fair.
• The Recruitment days will both be held in Rotterdam on Tuesday 13th of February at Lommerrijk and on Wednesday 14th of February at Hilton Hotel.
• The In-house days will be held at the company offices.

The event is open to all students, recent graduates, and professionals interested in exploring career opportunities. Whether you are studying or working, we welcome people from all backgrounds to sign up! So you do not have to be a CSA-EUR member.

Visit our official website. On the homepage, you will find a registration button. In the registration form, you will have to fill in some information. At the end of the form, you will have to upload your CV for eligibility of certain activities. When finished signing up you will receive a confirmation email with in there a form where you will be able to register for the activities. Please make sure to fill in that form as well to complete your sign up!

For most activities there will be a CV-selection, the company will select the final list of participants. Therefore, make sure to update your CV before sending it in!

You will receive your personal schedule through an email on Thursday 8th of February. In there, you will find all the activities you have been selected for including the timeslots of the activities.

You can buy one ticket which will grant you access to the whole CSA-EUR Career Days. Details about the ticket price will be outlined on the website. Please check the information section on the homepage for specific information.

If you don’t unsubscribe and don’t show up, a fine of €20,- will be charged. (Note that this is only for CV-selection activities). If you unsubscribe later than 3 working days before 5 pm for an activity, a fine of €10.00 will be charged. For both situations you will be excluded from all career events as well.

You can unsubscribe for an activity at least 3 working days (72 hours) before 5 pm for no fine by sending an email to career@csa-eur.nl. Be sure to check the cancellation policy for the specific information.

Prepare by researching the companies and industries that interest you, updating your resume, and coming up with questions for the speakers and employers. Dress professionally, and be ready to make the most of the networking opportunities.

The dress code is business casual for all activities with exemption of the Congress Day where the dress code is business formal. However, we understand that you might not own formal business clothing. In this case, business casual is also allowed.
