Hi, we are TOPdesk. You probably don’t know us yet, but we would like to change that! Did you know that we are an international software and consultancy company? Who are we?
TOPdesk was founded in Delft, the Netherlands, over 25 years ago by 2 students who wanted to make a difference. Their goal was to help others improve their customer service – with software that is simple and easy to use. Little did they think the organisation would grow from 2 employees to over 1000, and from a single small office to 20 (partner)branches worldwide. We might be large, but we’ve never stopped believing in our core values: listening to the customer’s needs, and giving employees the trust, freedom and responsibility to do great things.
We don’t believe that people can be productive the whole day. To have a little break, we have a Mario Kart room, pool table, foosball tables, a massage room, library and a piano for musical distraction. And let’s not forget our sunny terrace: the hotspot to connect with your colleagues. Are you tired of all the hustle and bustle around you? Then there are also quiet areas.
Who are we looking for?
At TOPdesk you are responsible to develop your own career path, but we offer different opportunities to learn and develop yourself, such as a personal training budget or our starters program: learn, grow & connect.
