‘I have worked in the renewable energy industry for almost 18 years, developing large scale wind and solar parks. During this time I worked in the UK, Australia and The Netherlands with brief assignments to other countries such as Bangladesh. During this time, I have experienced the different cultures and mindsets of various stakeholders in the process. This has been a tremendous learning curve and I always try to find common grounds within any culture I work in, to make projects and people successful.’
